Install, configure, and administer NormMaster, TypeMaster, and ImageMaster components in customer environments. Plan and execute changes such as release updates, fix deployments, and other system modifications. Respond to incidents and service requests, including troubleshooting issues and applying configuration changes.

This role involves developing and maintaining HL7 and FHIR interfaces with customers' systems, leading standardization efforts, providing technical expertise, and troubleshooting implementations to ensure reliability and compatibility; collaborate with developers and engineers to improve integration methods and assist in mentoring teammates in HL7 and FHIR.

You’ll play a critical role in nurturing and expanding Solera’s ecosystem of industry-leading point-solution partners. As the primary relationship owner for key partners, you'll work collaboratively to build trust, drive performance, and accelerate shared success.
